The 5 rooms booked for us were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. We had 7 handicapped individuals and luggage for 12 people! When we were told it was fixed, it wasn't. The breakfast buffet did not have enough food, and what they did have included dry bagels and watered down orange juice. I will never stay at a Ramada again.
