During check-in, staff complained about guests checking out before us. Lightbulb in bathroom was burned out. Called to have it changed. After 20 minutes I called again. They ignored my call for 15+ times. When they finally answered, they offered us another room. Put me on hold while they looked. I finally hung up and showered in the dark. Eating area was disgustingly filthy.

The hotel was nice and close to Route 66 Raceway, and very clean and comfortable as well. The sports bar across the parking lot was a great plus!
