John G from Norfolk , 11-Oct-07 Although I had booked a non smoking room, which were 90% of the hotel I was given a smoking room minus ashtrays. I could smell smoke as soon as I walked in. The porter told me I was on a no smoking floor, although I quickly discovered this wasn't the case as I was probably on the only smoking floor. I was given another room.
