 Anonymous from Gold River CA, 05-Aug-07 Hotel has a no smoking policy yet many guests were smoking on thier balconies with the smoke coming into our room keeping us from enjoying our room. When this was reported to the management they said they had to catch them in the act. All the cigarette butts below the balconies should have been a clue. |
