Certainly not the nicest hotel in town, but it has been updated since the last time I stayed in West Springfield. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is so small you almost have to step into the tub to close the bathroom door. Certainly nothing fancy here, but it was clean and the furnishings and linens were new.

Conveniently located near highways. The basic room was comfortable and clean.
