Our room was clean & everyone was friendly. I didn't feel all that safe in the area, & was worried about leaving the car in the unsecured lot. Around 3 am we woke to a fight in the parking lot, loud screaming & someone yelling for help. I was afraid to go out & see what was happening. Police did arrive, someone was arrested. A secure lot would be safer. We will not stay in Richmond ever again. |

The price of Days Inn Point Richmond is cheap and the service is also cheap, too. The Internet service was broken during the days I stayed and nobody could fix it. When the breakfast ran out, they said the manager didn’t buy it, then left. I had to buy my breakfast on the dining car parked near that hotel. Besides that, it’s not convenient and safe outside the hotel. |
