I ckecked into this hotel because I was informed that it was a non-smoking hotel but, people were smoking every where also my room smelled like cigar. If this matter is fixed your Hotel would more appealing. Customer service is very good and staff were very professional.

When I entered my room it had a very unpleasant smell. Coffee in the morning is more like water than coffee. There is no Half & Half, but instead this horrible powder? Unfortunately this hotel was full of "white trash" and too many low class people who were so noisy. I will NOT return to the Premier Inn.
