The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I stay there every month because the office staff is friendly and now knows me. I also like the fact there there is security on the property from 9:00 pm to the next morning. I would recommend the Premier Inn for families as well.

This hotel was fantastic! ..........Very good Location......Wonderful Hunter Steak House (within a blocks walking distance) with great food/service/price. The hotel has a very professional and helpful staff and we will be returning to the same hotel next year and are hoping the same manager (Stella) and staff still there.
