Staff was trying to figure out a cash paying customer. Several customers at the desk, 2 staff members were attending people and one of the staff was sitting watching until someone told her to help out. The key making machine was not working so somone had to run and open the room. Door to bedroom was warpped and could not be closed. Bathroom door did not lock. Was not happy at all
