My receipts for the stay were not right and the tournament was cancelled and we got charged for a full night and didn't stay for it. Other than that the Elegante is a great place to stay!! |

My phone was not working and the curtains needed fixing. I did place calls to get this fixed and they were. Bathroom was very small. Security was weak as far as the doors were concerned. Did not see where any outside door was actually locked. |
