Insects in room,furniture torn and shabby,hair in bathroom(noity mine,long and black I have white hair)Lack instructions such as to,location ice etc in each room.Notification in hallways as to location of "vending machines" One is only laundry supplies and the other on upper floor is only soft drinks.Toilet bowl not cleaned properly., floor dirty.First floor rooms located below grade. |
