A disgrace. We had an obviously smoking room, even marked as smoking. We'd double checked to make sure we had a non smoking room. I talked to the surley woman at the desk and she told me that it WAS a non smoking room. She made no effort to resolve the problem. Did NOT offer us another room. The HBO appeared to be pirated and wasn't watchable. A royal rip-off
