I bought the sweetheart package and instead of champagne I requested chardonnay. I received the chardonnay and was charged $40 for it. Also, the complimentary breakfast coupon was only valid until 10:30 which we couldn't use because the full buffet was being set up. They said we could eat if we again wanted to incur additional charges. What a rip off!
