The staff at the hotel were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. However, if you plan on sleeping or taking a warm shower, stay elsewhere. The walls are paper thin, so we had to listen to our insomniac sumo wrestler neighbors upstairs constantly- EVERY little thing! And we didn't have hot water for showers on Sunday, except what was dripping from the leak upstairs onto our heads. Yuck!
