Room security could stand improvement. Occupied rooms should not have the drapes open after cleaning. Doors do not close unless you pull the door to secure it. Janitorial personnel are not as attentive as I would have expected. Lights are not repaired, all towels are not replaced, tissues ran out, bugs in facility when door is left open.
