hotel staff were very nice and helpfull, Lobby was beautiful. Guestrooms - not so good, beds where lumpy with mattress pads, carpet and walls were old and worn. Hallways extremely hot because of AC units blowing into closed hallways. Overall for $$ paid - NOT IMPRESSED. Would go elsewhere next time
