Only complaint is when we arrived after midnight, none of the ice machines worked and the machines were empty of softdrinks. Then, though laundry facilities were available on each floor the hotel was unwilling to provide more than $1 in change (this included the bar!) I would think with the price we paid for the room - some change could have been spared. This was an inconvenience!!
