Physical plant was lovely but the staff was surly -- that was a big disappointment. Usually my favorite part of staying in a hotel is how nicely I am treated. Exception was our breakfast waitress -- she was very friendly and helpful. Also it was annoying to pay for parking, but maybe I am just unused to the big city! |
