Everything was great, except for 2 issues: The wireless internet was not wireless and needed a wire, which did not work in my room at first. I did call down and the problem was corrected. Also, the refrigerator in the room sounded as if it was possessed - probably needs a defrosting - I got use to the noise and did not complain, but thought I would mention it.
