My sister & I planned on this hotel because after a day of shopping we were looking forward to the pool & hot tub.Made reservation online with ease but when we got there, we were informed that both the pool & hot tub were closed for renovations. We upgraded to a jacuzzi suite but were not offerred a reduced rate or any comp. Food and bar were great.
