The personel was very helpful in making reservations for tours and restaraunts. It was also very homey atmosphere with the smell of and availability of fresh baked cookies. The rooms were very clean. Location is great and close to many activities. A very nice set up for breakfast with make your own waffles. I recommend Country Inn and Suites Opryland for an economical stay, It is great.
