I understand that the Lenox is inexpensive, but even the basics were bad: broken fixtures, no shampoo in the bathroom, missing remote control, unusable shower (scalding hot or freezing cold, but nothing in between). I wasn't expecting 5-star service, but I was at least expecting a functional room. |

The lobby had no furniture. The room was outdated with mold on the window frames. The room had broken blinds/furniture. The room had bugs that would not die. There was no shampoo/conditioner or garbage pail in the room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was a banging sound in the walls. In summary, the property is a disaster. I would not refer anybody to this hotel. Rating 0 stars. |
