Do you charge a fee for making a hotel reservation?
Hotel reservations made via our online www.travelhero.com website (or any affiliate website) or via out tollfree reservations customer line incur a $5 non-refundable TravelHero reservation fee. Special event reservations (generally made via an event (baseball, Iron man etc.) website powered by TravelHero technology MAY have a small transaction fee which will be disclosed to you during the reservation process.
