> FAQ Home | Airline | Change Hotel Reservation Frequently Asked Questions How can I change my confirmed hotel reservation?     PREPAID reservations may or may not be changed depending on the source/booking method. VacationHero reservations: Changes made 48 hours or more before 1201AM (Eastern Time Zone) on the day of arrival are subject to a $25 penalty. Changes made within 24 hours prior to 1201AM day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night’s rate including taxes and fees. Changes made after 1201AM on the day of arrival are subject to a 100% penalty. Refunds are not available for early checkout If you need to change a NON PREPAID hotel reservation originally made via our website (we cannot assist if made elsewhere-contact the hotel or the party through whom you made the original reservation) email us at reservations@travelhero.com. Include the confirmation number, your name, hotel name & address, and arrival date. We must receive this email no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date. We will contact the hotel and ask if they can make the change. No changes are confirmed until the hotel agrees. Please keep in mind that it is the policy of some hotels that online reservations CANNOT be modified from their initial online booking. If this is the case, we will email you instructions on how to cancel your current reservation and rebook a corrected one. ALL reservtaion cancellations incur a $10 TravelHero cancel fee. If you are attempting to CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 72 HOURS of the arrival date or within the cancellation policy, you must ALWAYS contact the hotel directly.
