Lake Havasu gained notoriety in 1995, when MTV hosted its spring break bash there, and since then it has been attracting spring breakers by the thousands.

If you’re into mountain biking or hiking, the area around the lake is unsurpassed with its high cliffs and rugged terrain, great for an aside from the constant and wild lake parties. Other activities include rafting down the Colorado River, which offers a breathtaking view of the scenery, swimming in the lake, and fishing.
