The Gator Bowl in Jacksonville, Florida pits teams from both the ACC and the Big East, Big 12, or Notre Dame following the BCS Selections. For 60-some years the Gator Bowl has quite a history: 4 Heisman trophy winners, 6 Outland Trophy winners, 3 Vince Lombardi Award winners, nearly 200 All-Americans, and well over 1,250,000 fans - it's a premier event. The stadium is home of the Jacksonville Jaguars during the regular pro football season.

Prior to the game, beginning at 9:30 PM the Budweiser Tailgate Party takes place at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds adjacent to the stadium. Experience the thrill and tradition of the Gator Bowl and college football at the "Ultimate Tailgate Party", enjoy the world famous Clydesdales, live entertainment, interactive and inflatable games, and a pep rally for each team. Admission is will be available at the door.
